HOFSTRAAT KELDER

Hofstraat Cellar is a vibrant little garagiste cellar and venue in Myrtledene on the outskirts of Malmesbury in the Swartland. The business is owned and operated by Wim Smit, a local builder who tried his hand at wine-making in 2000 and found that he rather liked it, and his wife Karin, the very talented owner of local Malmesbury eatery Cherry Lane. Wim's wines are available from select outlets in the Swartland and can be ordered for delivery anywhere in South Africa. Although the winery is only open by appointment, Wim and Karin love to host tastings - just call ahead to reserve your spot!
