Christian Pillsbury, proprietor of Eden Rift, the oldest vineyards in California, restored the estate to its former glory. He visited Goedhuis HQ in London to show us his selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Christian believes that Eden Rift is at the heart of American winemaking and that the future of Californian winemaking is a return to their roots.
